Transgression Appeal

The search for Penny and Ken is entirely privately funded, and the prospects of public funding currently seem remote. The main costs are Search and Rescue flights, with some additional funds required for administrative costs, such as international telephone calls.

So far, funds from friends, family, and KPMG (Penny's employer) have kept the planes in the air, but these funds are running dry, and we desparately need additional funds. We have opened a bank account, at:

Donations may be made directly (these will be anonymous) or by cheque to: Pen & Ken Rescue, 3 Southside, Huntingdon, Cambs PE18 , England. All donations will be acknowledged.

Use of funds.

Funds will be used to fund air-sea Search and Rescue missions, to pay phone bills, to reimburse limited out of pocket expenses of the families (all members of the families are on low incomes).
In the event that funds exceed costs, the excess will be donated to charities including the RNLI and Mariners, a charity which delivers aid by sea to, and promotes development of safety at sea for, the poor in the third world.
